This successful CCP event drew attention to the incidence of online infringement internationally, and
its stifling effect on the development and introduction of new business
models for the content industries. Our event, held at the National University of Singapore on December 2 2011, hosted a series of panel discussions with senior industry and government representatives who addressed ongoing developments with respect to online media.
Internationally renowned author Robert Levine provided the keynote address for the event by means of a Skype video link. Other panels which consisted of high-level industry and academic representatives discussed concerns and developments in their arenas as well. The discussions featured distinguished representatives from pay-TV channels, pay-TV platform operators, Internet service providers, music companies, and technology developers. [More details ]
